FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine’s 2023 season kicks off this weekend with rock band Matchbox Twenty on Sunday, May 28.
The 12,000-capacity outdoor venue, located just outside of the Great Park, has served as a temporary concert space following the destruction of Irvine Meadows in 2016. While the Irvine City Council and concert promoter Live Nation are still debating the future location and overall logistics of a permanent structure, the concerts continue on.
General parking for all events at the venue is included with ticket purchase and VIP parking options are available at an additional cost. The venue does have a clear bag policy (clear plastic, vinyl or PVC smaller than 12″ x 6″ x 12″) or small clutch bags (no larger than 6″ x 9″) and all events are mobile entry as tickets will not be emailed or available for print.
