Irvine’s Mid-Autumn Festival Friday evening drew crowds to the Great Park to celebrate.

The Mid-Autumn Festival, also often call the Moon Festival, is a centuries-old tradition among many Asian communities that celebrates harmony and unity as well as prosperity at harvest time.

The Irvine festival featured community performances, fun for the kids and other entertainment.
