An 18-unit apartment property in Fullerton recently sold for $8,500,000, according to Marcus & Millichap.
The complex at 2550 College Place got multiple offers, the brokerage said.
The property includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans with upgrades including vinyl and carpet flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, new kitchen cabinetry and gated garage parking.
Small complex in Anaheim sells for $1.8M
An eight-unit apartment complex in Anaheim’s resort district sold Dec. 27 for $1.8 million.
The complex at 2113 S. Mallul Drive was sold by Orlando & Julita Cabalo to Dorm 1 Investments LLC, according to Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group.
The grant deed on the property shows the Cabalos bought the property in 1989 for $485,000.
Donated property sells for $6.8 million
An industrial building spanning 26,620 square feet in Anaheim sold early in December for $6,842,000, according to NAI Capital Commercial.
The brokerage said a charitable foundation sold the donated asset.
This multi-tenant building at 1441 N. Red Gum St. has 12 units leased to six tenants.

Michael A. Rich is the new tax director at Wood Investments Companies, a real estate investment company in Newport Beach. As a certified public accountant he was president and CEO of Rich & Co. in Irvine, a full-service tax, accounting and business consulting firm. At Wood Investments, he will be responsible for managing and overseeing all tax-related activities for the company’s real estate properties.

Irvine-based LPA Design Studios was named the recipient of the 2025 AIA Architecture Firm Award , the highest honor in the field. The firm won the award “for establishing itself a trailblazer in sustainable, high-performance architecture, blending a mission-driven ethos with innovative, interdisciplinary design practices,” according to AIA. Notably, the award recognized LPA for its energy-efficient projects, which averaged 74% less predicted energy use over the last 10 years.
